The wine shows classic Pinot Noir perfumes and flavours (earthiness with notes of mushroom and forest floor). Berry fruits on the nose and a slight farm yard character on the palate. The aftertaste has hints of smokiness and earthy minerality rounded off with red berries and stewed fruit.
The wine shows flint and leather on the nose with a hint of fruit and cassis. A complexity of flavours on the palate with flint, leather, spice and fruit.
Pale green colour with full ripe Sauvignon flavours dominating. The wine is rich and complex with a long aftertaste.
Ripe pineapple with guavas and passion fruit, on the nose, is followed by a light smoky mineral character. On the palate the wine shows great structure and a rich mouth feel, beautiful flavours of litchis and winter melon.
Mouthwatering, with lots of lemon zest, chive, gooseberry and flint notes, backed by an extra twinge of fleur de sel. Focused, pure and delicious.
Dense opaque colour with black centre and a youthful cerise rim. The perfumed nose invites you to a playground filled with the aromas of mulberry and raspberry fruit suggested by serious, but subtle, spicy oak. Mid palate fruit shows delicious density and persistence in a framework of fine grained tannins which indicates great ageing potential.
Deep Persian carpet red. An aromatic nose shows rich layers of plum and mulberry with hints of cigar box and subtle fynbos. The combination of these three unique varieties is united by spicy decadence with a vanilla twist. The tannins are sculptured into harmony creating a fine balance between the primary fruit and secondary wood components.
